Mr. Gernot Koschir, the Chef in our reputed 4 -Star hotel, is a gastronomic wizard in the kitchen of the Dienstl Gut.
Starting his career at Warmbaderhof he later gained a massive hotel experience on cruise ships and was self-employed as far away as New Zealand for years. So now he makes a point of adding an international flair to the wonderful traditional Carinthian kitchen.
It is his vision to spoil his hotel and restaurant guests daily with delicous menus and - not the least - on sundays, where he composed the traditional Sunday lunch buffet at Dienstl Gut.
